Outblaze.com email tampering Riverside Connecticut

I am complaining about outblaze.com. I have two account with them. These people are email administrators (Client server) and are International. I have the following problems

1). Email tampering despite placing filters such as .com on my surfy.net I received email from .com

2). Placing email in Chineese I am fluent in English and speak basic Russian I cannot speak read or write in Chineese

3). IP misconfigurations email from IP address 4.x.x.x
represents the following Class A Country or big corporation must corporations use class B or Class C
such as microsoft

4).Changing profiles in email accounts example Opera email from time to time states I speak or I am African. I am American and a White male

5).Blocking editing changing email from perspective employers from different countrys example New Zealand Canada

6).Disrespect of privacy

7).Questionable misuse of Certificate of Authoritys Cookies Communication protocols cannot prove it from the Client side but worth looking into the server side of the local administrator note I implement the following

1). No 3rd party cookies blocked
2). CA's no intermediate CA's allowed
3). CA's < 2048 deleted
4). No class CA's permitted only 1 example Verisign 4 classes only 1 CA allowed
5). Spyware Adware installed
6). Content Trusted Zone Trusted set to low medium to medium
7). Advance Internet Explorer

Check for CA's server publisher revocation

no encrypted pages allowed

empty temp files on exit

8). Communication using Internet Explorer

a). No SSL2 allowed

9). History set to < 10 days also cleared manually about every day

10). Passwords codes set to > 12 - 16 characters numbers alphabet slashes dashes

These people need a real good check
