Paula Capulong claims to have ipods. She says she has lots of customers who buy from her weekly. She claimed to be able to get ipods at a great price. We tried a sample order with her and it went good. Shipping a little slow but over all it went fine.
So we placed several orders and there was a bit of a delay which happens sometimes so no big deal. She said the ipods shipped from her dealer to her she received them on a wed. They were supposed to go out on wed then it turned into thursday. She claims they went out on thursday. Funny thing is friday they were returned. She claims not enough postage on them. But the tracking would still show that they came back i believe.
So we offered to put the shipments on our company fedex account. We sent the labels over via email for her to print out. She then said ok we are printing them and they will go out today. Well that was yesterday and she never contacted me again. The only thing she said was a whole paragraph about her jailbroken iphone not working and how it will be awhile before she can make it work again.
IN that time it took to say that she could have said yes they shipped or no they did not and this is why. I noticed that Paula capulong has another rip off report on here but i guess i did not see anything that made our company not want to do business with her.
We ordered our ipods more then 18 days ago. First they were supposed to ship out on friday. Then monday but supposedly Apple called the apple dealer on monday and it worried him so he wanted to hold the stock just a day or so in order to make sure apple did not decide to stop bye and check them out. For those who dont know its against apple policy to sell ipods in bulk wholesale or any other apple product.
SO we thought ok we will wait because we dont want anyone getting in trouble. Then the ipods finally shipped out to paula. Now she claims to have them since wed and yet she still has refused to ship them. She comes up with every excuse in the book. She claims she runs a restaurant as well which i dont know is for sure but she claims that is why she is busy sometimes and cant get to her phone.
At this point we are filing charges against Paula and her company. We will be glad to include anyone else who has been ripped off by paula and her company when we do. It always helps if there is more then 1 person. We are contacting our attorney today to at least get the ball rolling and will be moving forward on monday with more severe matters.
I had known paula prior to this for more then a year and never had heard anything bad about her or her company and had spoken with her on many occasions. She still decided to take money from us. If you have any further information on Paula her company or her restaurant please let us know
