This company has ripped me off and stolen my money in the process. I purchased an mp4 player from them and first off it was not the right item as they stated saying it had a 2.5" screen when it clearly has a 1.5" then it says that it can store 8gb when it can only hold 99 tracks. next It took forever for them to respond to my e-mails for a return/refund. I sent back the item and they received it on 6/11/06 at 11 a.m. because I used a tracking # but now they won't even refund my money or contact me about the refund please help if you can and avoid this company at all cost.
