PitRoadPass.com Sends wrong item with wrong return address. Refuses to refund money! RIPOFF! Internet

I ordered a NASCAR hat from Pitroadpass.com. He ships me the wrong hat. I emailed him about it, and he says "I can't get the hat that you ordered anymore. You can either keep the one that I shipped you, or you can send it back for a refund".

I informed him that I would send it back. So I shipped the hat back to him in the same box that it came in, using the return address on the box. Here's where it gets interesting.... After numerous emails asking about when I can expect my refund, he informs me that he never received the hat back and asked what address I shipped it to. I told him that it was returned to the return address on the box, he states "No that is wrong, those are old boxes with the wrong address on them. You should have sent it to the new address and the packing slip".

I told him that it is not my fault that he isn't bright enough to put the correct address on his shipping boxes. Needless to say, I never heard from the punk again.

I had paid through PayPal, but their response was "Since the seller did ship you a hat we will not get involved". The morons wouldn't take into account that the clown sent me the wrong hat. That's like ordering a red paint job, and getting a blue one instead. "Well they did paint the car"!
