Pure Health Labs non-answered phone, unable to cancel South Jordan Utah

On Sunday, June 24 I ordered a trial of Hoodia from Pure Health Labs. The phone number as well as an address was given to send a certified letter in order to cancel. You had to cancel within 10 days of placing the order! I didn't receive the product trial until day 6. I tried to call within their stated business times of 8-12 mountain time (on a Friday) and kept getting a machine stating they were closed. The machine only said "Thank you for calling our corporate office". There was nothing to indicate it was a business line.

I am mailing a certified letter today by express mail to make sure they get it by Monday morning since the 10 day trial is up on Tuesday. I will also be monitoring my credit card to file a claim if they bill the card and ignore my letter.

Do not do business with them, they do not answer the phone and now I'm scared they'll leave my letter on a desk until Tuesday and say they didn't get it.
