My wife ordered Hoodia 14-day supply free trial, only pay shipping of $4.97. Order was placed 12/15/06, company claims item was shipped 12/18/06, but was never received. On 12/30/06 company charged $99.43 to our credit card for their "60-day Masters Program" to continue shipping product to her (which she still never received in the first place).

I called and we both spoke to their representative who said they could cancel our account but could not refund our money. They claim the product was shipped and that in order not to be charged the $99.43 we would have had to cancel within 14 days of our initial order (even though we never received any product from the initial order).

They hung up on us while we were on hold twice and the third time they said it was because their lines were busy because they receive so many calls from Canada (even though we were calling from Georgia). They told us we could try and hold for a supervisor, but that it would be at least 20 minutes.

After that, I looked the company up online with "fraud" next to my search and found this site with multiple complaints of a similar nature against this company. Clearly this company needs to be shut down and I hope a class action lawsuit is pending.
