ReddsAttic.com is a surplus and refurbished retailer.
On August 8, 2007 emailed company regarding sheet sizes of bed-in-a-bag and immediately received a response. Confident in the website I purchased the bed-in-a-bag set on August 9, 2007. My payment of $146.49 was process on August 13, 2007.
The status of my order remained new. Curious as to why, I tried to contact the website. After some time and receiving no reply I tried other avenues of contacting reddsattic. My boyfriend and I tried every email and phone number on the site, not sure that any of which were valid.
Still receiving no reply I contacted Channel 6 Investigative Reports, The Better Business Bureau, Wisconsin Consumer Reports, etc. We have received some correspondence from the BBB stating that the street address is not valid leaving them ineffective at pursuing them further. I have accepted that money has been stolen and purchased the bedding from a reputable website - Overstock.com.
I am very displeased and would like every future consumer aware of this scam.

This is partially true. While the item was delayed, it was definately shipped out! The order was placed on 8/9/06. Unfortunately, due to some changes with the site, the processing of the order was delayed and was not shipped until 8/27/07 via UPS.

It was delivered on 8/29/07. The reason for this delay was relayed to the customer, but there were problems with the online order fufillment system due to a major DB overhaul which we truly apologize for. However, this comment about "fraud" is clearly untrue. Thanks
