I placed an order with Savemore.com on or about 11/2/11, for a $10 Subway gift card that was being sold for $5.  My credit card was charged on 11/3/11, for $5.  On 11/10/11, I received an email from Savemore.com stating that my Subway voucher was ready, with instructions on how to redeem.  But I was unable to redeem voucher due to a technical problem with website. 

I called Savemore.com around 11/10/11 to find out what I needed to do, and they said it would be available to redeem in a few days.  On 12/12/11, I emailed Savemore.com asking when I would receive my gift card, stating that my credit card had been charged, and that I still could not redeem voucher online.  They replied on 12/13/11, apologizing for delay, and telling me Subway card would be shipped within the next few business days.

On 12/21/11, I emailed Savemore.com, asking about my Subway card, which I had not received.  They replied on 12/22/11, telling me my gift card had been mailed out, and to allow 5 business days for card to arrive.  Still no card on 1/5/12, so I emailed Savemore.com again, telling them I never received card, to cancel my order and issue refund immediately to my credit card.  Savemore.com replied on 1/5/12, telling me they had received my refund request and to allow 5-7 business days for refund.

I emailed Savemore.com, on 1/13/12, asking for immediate refund to my credit card.  They replied on 1/13/12, telling me they had received my refund request and to allow 7-10 business days for refund.  On 1/20/12, I emailed Savemore.com, telling them I had still not received a refund.  They replied on 1/20/12, apologizing again for the delay, and they were "working hard" to get it processed for me, and to allow an additional 5-7 business days for request!

It's February, 2012, and I'm not waiting any more!  Savemore.com is nothing but a bunch of scammers.
