Go to sbcdslrebate. You can check your rebate status and contact the rebate center directly to see where your rebate is. Tell them what you have put here and ask them when you can expect your rebate.
If that does not work call the AT&T customer care center (the number is on your bill) and explain to the service rep the issue with the rebate and request the rep to issue an adjustment on your account for the amount of the rebate. You will get better results with a calm, kind voice.
Remember the service rep that you talk to is there to help you with your issue, but did not cause the issue. Like a smart man once said "you attract more flies with honey than with vinegar". I hope this helps you solve this issue.
