Never even heard of this company till I looked on my bank statement and saw 19.95 (pending)That's when I called them and then they emailed me to say I was canceled.
Cancel something I never asked for, Yeah right. So I wrote back:....

"U HAVE 24 HOURS TO RESTORE THE MONEY YOU STOLE FROM MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT. I did not sign up for the $ 19.95 service, I don't even know what it is.

If I don't receive it in the allotted time. I will report your company to the fraud department at my bank and to my Lawyer. YOU owe me 59.85 dollars. Since you charged me 3 times before I saw the charges."

I e-mailed them again, and will continue to do so till the cash is back. Now here is their response:

Thank you for your email.

Our records indicate your membership was cancelled. You do not need to do anything else to cancel your membership. The refund has been processed as requested. This takes up to two business days and it shall be posted on one of your next two statements depending upon your billing cycle.

Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion on this matter.

Please note that this membership was offered and accepted online. You have to provide for us your full billing information and agree in order to become a member.
