I ordered a watchwinder back in August 5, 2008 and I have been repeatedly asked to wait as they claim it is in backorder. I have asked for a refund ($1279.90) several weeks ago and now David Long is not responding at all!

Steinhausen Overnight is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. Consumers should be warned of their enethical and poor manner of business and should not conduct business with them.

I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Oklahoma City, OK, filed an investigation with Paypal and my Mastercard in addition to this report.

Hopefully this issue will get resolved before we need to take this into legal matters and maybe even a class action suit by the looks of how many people have been cheated.

I still have not heard from David Long and SteinhausenOvernight, but I would encourage victims to not only report to the Better Business Bureau, but also to the FBI:

They will notify the local officials to investigate him and his business.

Justice must be served and the truth exposed.
