Mr. Bein's claims noted above are completely false. He has been offered several times what he paid for (paid for 70/ offered 250 leads). Took 47 leads thus far. returned only 12 (25%) and 1 return for "wrong number". We hope those who inquire will consider the data below.
Our return policy (a 1 of a kind in the industry) allows for leads to be returned for no answer and or signed docs with another lender. Of Mr. Bein's 12 credits most were for no answer which was covered and honored by the policy.
Had he purchased from any other provider the no answer and working with another lender returns would not have been honored. This policy is a MortgageLenders.cc exclusive.
Mr. Bein works for 1st Capital Home Loans and is NOT a licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Tennessee.
