STRATEGY CAREER COURSES Medical Billing Company charged me for order that was never approved. South Jordan, Utah

On August 12th, i saw a charge of $99.99 on my credit card, that i did not recognize. I tried calling the phone no provided but no one answered. I called my bank and filed a dispute, which is still pending. Meanwhile after trying to call them several times, after a few days, i was able to finally get through, and the lady who answered, very rudely told me that the charge was for something that i ordered in March. I told her that i do not remember ordering anything in March, and she told me that the order was never completed because my credit card was rejected. According to them they have been trying to charge me every month since march,but it was always rejected, and only in August were they able to charge me.

This is completely ridiculous, since my card shows transactions every month, and if my card was ever rejected then it must be an error from their side. And also how can they charge me after 6 months without even informing me? That too when the order never went through? This company is a fraud, and you can find multiple cases registered against it, and it's owner is NEIL WARDLE. I asked to refund my money since i was not interested in any program,that too after 6 months but she flatly refused, and asked me to file a claim with my credit card company. I told her to cancel my account and not bill me again. But this month on 10th i was again charged $99.99 by them. I have been trying to contact them, since, but have still not been able to get through, as no one ever answers the phone.

 This is a clear fraud since they charged me for an order that was never completed. They simply stored my credit card information and waited for 6 months before they could charge me without informing me.
