I joined surveyscout.com March 21, 2006, and after viewing the database decided that the time invested in completing the surveys would not be worth the money received (if any).

The website offered an eight week money-back guarantee. I paid $34.95 for the membership. I have sent 3 emails so far, asking for a refund, and have not yet received a response. The website also states that they respond quickly to emails/ provide good customer service, etc.

Since asking for a refund, my account has been blocked from the website (I cannot log into my account) and I have yet to receive my refund, let alone a response to the emails that I have sent.

This website is a scam. Survey Scout does not follow through with the guarantees they claim to offer. I have not received my refund, which was a GUARANTEE on their website, nor have I received a simple response to the inquiries I have made regarding this refund. To top it off, they have blocked my account without an explanation or a valid reason.

I am not sure how you paid for this, but, if you paid via clickbank - call them, they will refund your money. I tried some dataentry and didn't like it, I asked for a refund, it was taking too long, so I called clickbank. No questions asked - they refunded it to my account and about 3 days later it was back in my bank account! Hope this helps.
