On 12/18/09 I purchased the telebidauctionscript for $499.99 and decided to install it myself. As I have installed 1000's of scripts in my time. Once I got it downloaded to the dedicated server, I attempted to run the installer script. It crashed on me about a file that was missing. I contacted support and told them their installer was faulty. I was told that they were still working on it. And that I could install it manually. Which I did. I finally got the script installed and all appeared to be semi-functional. Well, maybe not. The registration page did not work, the timer kept stopping, and the final straw was when I opened the phpinfo.php file, I found this...

Of course with out the *'s. I then contacted them about the non functioning script and based on the website I asked for my 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, I was promptly told NO REFUNDS!
So I tinkered with the coding alittle more and send them an email. Politely asking for them to reconsider giving me a refund. And this was the email reply I got.....

Checkupdate.php launches other PHP files, update_butler.php and update_records.php.
Our script has specific requirements (dedicated server/ WHM Cpanel) which you are currently not meeting. You choose to install the script yourself regardless of the fact that we offer free installation services.
Our installer does have a bug in it that has been fixed (thanks for pointing that out).
We do not offer any refunds because the script is a non tangible good.
Please purchase a WHM Cpanel license and install it on a fresh server so we can install the script properly for you. The script is rock solid and I am sure the problems you are having is because the control panel your using is inferior and the script was not installed correctly.
I can show you several sites that have the script running properly and have no issues at all.
