I ordered Inventory from Tiger Direct and every item said ships same day i requested Second Day (2 Day Shipping) the item is set to arrive according to ups site and phone rep on the 6th Afternoon from when it was ordered they refused to reimburse me for the difference between shipping charges

Unfortunately there is not enough information in your post so we could investigate this matter. Most of our items do ship the same day they are ordered, however this does not guarantee delivery to your location within a specified amount of time.

Items in our warehouse could be given to UPS for shipment after their cutoff time, while technically your item left our warehouse the same day it was purchased, it was handed to UPS after their cutoff time for 2nd day air delivery.

We apologize for this, and would like to further assist you.. You may contact me at 305-415-2201 Ext 5416 so you can provide your order number and we may better assist you on this matter.
