Timothy Helser, of SPD-K9 & Von Der Helser Kennels tricked me into getting his name on my dog's registrations. He told me he could title my dogs, but his name had to be on there as a co-owner to do it. I was stupid - I did not know what I was doing. So, I let him.
Then he told me about a really nice male that for sale. I told him I wanted the dog - he told me to pay for it and he would take care of the rest. He told me he would work the dog, we would co-own him, he pay me back for his half of the dog, and I would also get half the stud-fees. I end up with nothing - except the pain of seeing this dog all over the internet as His Dog! When he isn't!
Timothy, it turns out, is a Professional BS Artist - he isn't a master trainer! He does Not have a degree in Criminal Justice like he tells people! Police Departments can smell him coming from 20 miles away - they stay Far from this guy, cuz it turns out the only claim Tim has with police is being a Jail Bird! He IS A FELON!
Google his name! "Timothy Helser" - you will come up with his police record! It's really nice stuff like that is public domain! Too late for me, though. I would have avoided this guy like plague if I'd known then what I know now!
I am not the only one he has done this to! He takes advantage of anyone who is needy, vulnerable, or stupid, and I was all 3 last year when I met him. If you are reading this, and you are training with him, save yourself some pain and do Not Co-Own a single dog with him! Don't let him wheel n deal you by saying he can give you a dog for breedings out of the dog, or some litters of pups!

Update - Monday, August 21st:
I was able to get my dogs back! Me & my fiance drove up to Ohio from our home outside St Louis, Mo, and called Helser telling him we were coming to get our dogs, all four of them. We met him outside the local police department, with a detective and peace officer witnessing the exchange. I had to go thru a lot of grief to get to this point, but at least it ended with a somewhat pleasant outcome: I got my dogs back!
