I placed an order on 8/20 for a dvd set of an older television show and received an email confirming my order. I was told I would receive an email with a tracking number when it shipped. When I didn't receive the tracking number, I emailed to ask about the order. Within a day or two, I received an email with the tracking number. It was a legitimate tracking number through Canada Post, but the order has never been delivered. Canada Post has informed me that the company is under investigation, so I have filed a dispute with my cc company. Wish I had known about this Ripoff Reporting site sooner!
