I ordered the Hawaii 5-0 collection from them 1 month ago...NOTHING!!!

Your order will appear on your Credit Card statement as either: Garcia Media Group -or- SXR CA ***IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*** Orders are PROCESSED from SUN-FRI and then ALL ORDERS SHIP ON SATURDAY via USPS (US Post Office), Canadapost or Royal Mail.

Therefore, here is your Order Schedule:

1. PROCESSING: Monday July 2 - Friday July 6 You will receive a email when your order is Processed. 2. COMPLETED & SHIPPED: Sunday July 8 You will receive an email when your order is Completed 3. TRACKING INFORMATION: Monday July 9 You will receive an email on this day with your Tracking Information (for USA and CANADA only. International shipments do not have tracking) 4. Everytime I email them they respond with:

Hello, I'm very sorry that tracking email has not been sent.Your order is still moving along as per your invoiceand shipping dates have not changed. The problem is that our mail server crashed and wesend out our tracking and order updates from our mailserver. We are now operating on the backup serverwhich is dedicated to emails that are not bulk updatessuch as tracking. You will get your tracking email as well as your shippedemail within 48 hours as everything should be sorted outby then.

they sent me a tracking number for canada post...says info received on 7/17 delivery for 7/24...NOTHING..I called canada post today and they say that they just printed the label online but have not sent out any package for shipment.

STAY AWAY..THEY ARE CROOKS...I CALLED MY CC COMPANY TO START A CHARGEBACK

Dear client, first and foremost i would like to apologize for your trouble regarding this matter , as i recently came across this posting i would like to reassure you that you have not been defrauded or voluntary ignored .

Unfortunately at this moment i cant precisely know what went wrong with your transaction, but can only assume that this issue is only a matter of a misplaced order , lost in transit , damaged in transit or simple never delivered for unknown reasons.

I would also like to apologize for the lack of communication , we have had a some issues in that department and that problem has been resolved.

I requested a refund - waiting to see if it happens

go to http://www.sxr.ca/contact.php. Call (888) 797-7976. This website was on my credit card statement. I call yesterday and they said they would refund me. Will update here when it happens.

The claim the goods were stuck in the Canada Post warehouse and would receive them in 10-15 days. I said NO THANKS!
