i ordered the bionic woman collection on this website becouse they were the only site that have it , i orderd on april 24, 2007 , they charged mt credit card under the name of scan x , they charged my credit card $86.59, on april 24, 2007, and today is may 20,2007, and i have not heard from this company , at all , i have sent this company 5 e-mails,(and i have copys of all e-mails)they have not responded to none of my e-mails, they said i would get a comformatin e-mail within 24 hours , and its been a month and no e-mail,this is very sad , but i swear , i will do what needs to get do to find this people, i have alredy contacted the better business bureau, and they are also investaging , i was also told to call the new york state attorney general , at 1-800-771-7755, wich i did and i filed a complaint with them also, and i hade to canceld my credid card , so they cant charge on it ,

Dear client, first and foremost i would like to apologize for your trouble regarding this matter , as i recently came across this posting i would like to reassure you that you have not been defrauded or voluntary ignored .
Unfortunately at this moment i cant precisely know what went wrong with your transaction, but can only assume that this issue is only a matter of a misplaced order , lost in transit , damaged in transit or simple never delivered for unknown reasons.
