Received my business' dedicated fax line phone bill was charged a $54.95 monthly fee. Called this SCAMMER/SLAMMER and told them I did not request their services. They told me that the charges had been authorized on that line. When I informed them that the phone number is a dedicated fax line and was unable to authorize ANYthing, they agreed to cancel the charges and fax a cancellation confirmation. I have yet to receive a credit on my phone bill or fax.

This is sooooooo bogus it is ridiculous!! Their website has absolutely no contact information except another 800 number. They have LOTS of 800 numbers!! It appears USABD is going through the yellow pages and charging this fee to small businesses without authorization. Since businesses in California cannot stop this type of fraudulent activity, I would suggest that you monitor your phone bills closely.

I filed a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission advising them of this fraudulent activity.
