VIP Couture - ebay Sent back exspensive pants and ran with my money! Internet

This ebay seller stole from me. I bought a pair of expensive pants and a few other items off him and he sent them to me fine, the pants didn't fit so I made sure I could return them. I returned them at my own expense and picked a new pair, he wanted an extra $35 for shipping (rip off shipping price) for the new pants. I had my hands tied so I had to pay him, it was sent Sept 24/2009 and had ignored numerous emails.
I called him several times and he claims they have been sent every week and says the tracking number will be sent to me. He makes up lots of excuses and keeps saying they will show up but there's no way they will.
I would highly avoid dealing with VIP Couture on ebay. He also misrepresents his items on a regular basis, what your see is probably not what you will get!

I have been dealing with this issue for last several month. We delivered inital pair exaclty as adversties in our web site. According to email from the buyer he made a mistake in size and asked us to exchange his pants. We granted his exchange and sent out his pants with usps tracking number LJ638184631US. Accordsign to USPS this parcel has been transferred to Canada a long time ago however buyers claims that he never got it delivered. As of today we never got our pants back as undelivered
If we will get it back eventually then I will make sure that it will be sent out again.
I already took a loose on this transaction and I will not post this article for the 3rd time
