And remember, vonage is a pre-pay service, so THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, period. Onc they've charged your account, they'll never refund a dime even if you "cancel" the next day. Beware of any company like Vonage where you are required to speak with a special "cancellation" department located 8500 miles away in the Phillipines and difficult to get through to. No cancellation by internet, no email cancellation, and no cancellations through any other phone number other than the special cancellation department in the phillipines. It took ten days to get throught to the special phillipine cancellation department, and when we did I could hardly understand them.
