on April 5, 2010 I searched the internet for designer handbags, checkbook wallets, etc. Starstyle and shopstarsyle came up on the first page of the net. It had a professional looking site with many offerings of all forms of designer bags. It offered, also, various methods of payment, similar to legitimate sites. I ordered a checkbook wallet of a designer company (Fendi) and sent a check for 138.95 which included $9.95 for shipping. I never heard from the company nor received a product. The mailing address, a phone and e-mail address was included. Codes for the merchandise and a confirmation number was also included: ie: Fendi 8M0065 for the merchandise; Conf #: 9743033649. Invoice/Merch #: 2550. My check was cashed at Bank of Montreal on April 16, 2010, located in Toronto, bank outlet # shown as: #0710. Numbers on the check: 20100415 and 5100397914; these were cashed and drawn upon my credit union account. A call to the listed phone number revealed the mail box was full. An e-mail has twice been sent to Jennifer milner as shown on the site for contact, no response. I then saw that a customer in Hawaii had listed the site as a rip-off as well.
