Adbrite.com They stole money from us!! San Francisco California

We used adbrite.com for some internet ads. The employee who set the accounts up with adbrite no longer works for us which means we don't have any of the login information OR the account information. We have been trying since October of 2007 to cancel the accounts with adbrite but have NOT been able to so since we don't know any of the account information in which it was established so they denied our request to cancel the accounts.

Since October of 2007 adbrite has fraudulently charged our company credit card totaling over $15,000.00 in charges. This is all due to the fact that we couldn't provide them with account information even though we provided them with the credit card that was being charged.
