I bought my cell phone and tmobile service plan in amazon.com in June 2003, which should come with a $200 mail-in rebate. After I got my first month bill in the beginning of August 2003, I sent all the documents (MIR form, shipping slip, first month bill) to them. And then, after 5 months waiting, I got a postcard from them, stating that the postmark on my material was expired!!! I called several times to their branches, but they just kept kicking from one extension to another one, those cheaters!
