This man is an unconscionable liar. David Martinelli Took $1000 for Interstitials - Returned no traffic at all.

He is quick to allay any fears with plausible excuses and offers of extra traffic for free.

In our case he said he had a site that had 500,000 impressions available but only for a short time, and applied subtle presssure with statements like "I'm holding them off but they will sell to another client if we don't put a firm order in today".

Phone numbers go to voice mailboxes that have not been set up.

I looked up your name and see no one in our database by that name. If you truly did pay for a campaign and didnt get any hits, I assume it is because you never faxed in the contract. Please contact me at d.martinelli@axtionnetwork.com asap.

We have been in business for over 3 years and have over 500 clients I believe now. There is no reason for us not to deliver traffic for you, we have millions of hits to provide. Please contact me asap so we can figure out what happened, this is the only way I have to contact you since you arent in our records.

David Martinelli & DEANA PLOURDE (who he want's payment made to) formelly of DBA Marketing charged by the Federal Trade Commission back in 1999. Now he does business under this name still ripping people off. See the below link. Just type in his name on Yahoo search or Axtionetwork and you will find people he took advantage of.
