We also got called by Janet Sanders today claiming we had ordered advertising. They played a tape of my business partner supposedly ordering their services, however all they did was confirm her address and information. Now they are calling with threats of sending it to collection and ruining our credit.

Has anyone had any luck in pursuing this with legal action to try and put them out of business?

Reported scam to Attorney General ofices

We reported the scam today to the Attorney Generals offices of Florida as well as Montana. (According to Montana State law verbal contracts are not valid.) Please do the same in your state and help stop this scam. Thanks!
