I subsribed risk free for forclosure prperty search for $3.95 risk free trial in august 2008. That time i didnt know that after 1st month ccbill.com will start billing me at 39.95 a month. It could be written in very small letter somewhere. I didnt use this service for 3-4 months and I pay my bills automatically. Since now they have charged me 4-5 payments of 39.95 without me using the service and no bills or reminders at home. They just want to earn easy money by just luring you into free stuff or at a very minimum price. Dont fall for CCBILL.COM ever.

Because of the amount of sites CCBill.com bills for, we bill for many foreclosure sites. Because I am not sure which site this customer is refering to, I will just randomly pick an example. foreclosuredeals is a site that has a similiar 'trial' payment. It is JUST not written in the fine print, or refered to in our terms and conditions that you will be billed after the trial. It clearly states that in multiple places.
For example, this website's trial can be purchased by clicking on a button clearly labeled '7 day trial'. The next page you enter some information for the site's database. It clearly explains above the register button how the trial works, and explains how to cancel. If you then goto the next page, right above the 'complete this purchase' button it reads: "$3.95(USD) for 7 days will rebill at $39.95(USD) recurring every 30 days until cancelled".
We have a phone support center open 24/7 that will cancel a customer's subscription. An email can also be sent to support@ccbill.com. You can even call into the center to cancel the moment after you've made the trial to cancel the subscription, and you'll still have the 7 days you paid for without risk of a rebill. We send a confirmation email to the email provided at the purchase page that confirms the cancellation.
Furthermore, this customer has indicated that this is how we make money. CCBill actually does not keep the customer's money. We process payments, the money goes to the company that owns the website. There are thousands of sites that have a trial subscription set up like this, and every billing processor out there has this type of subscription.

Good Luck,
