To All Who Have Reached this Libelous Material:
The original poster, “Michael”, is in fact a former representative of Edapte LLC, however, that is the extent of the truth of that post. It is obvious to any reader that this is not a client of Edapte or a real complaint from an actual customer. The fact is that Edapte provides a valuable service and maintains good relationships with companies all over the country. If you are a client who is reading this blog, you already know this.
For those of you who are learning about Edapte for the first time, we are clearly concerned by this libelous and damaging material, and we can only say that not only are the statements untrue, but they are not even relevant to the quality of service we provide. In fact, this material is a complete fabrication of a former representative who had very serious trouble working with anyone – this is why he named many people (all former representatives and/or former business associates and owners of other companies who likely refused to hire him) with whom he had personal conflicts. Many of the people he named in this blog have no association with Edapte, however, there is a common individual with whom they have offended in some way.
We have reason to believe that the writer of this post, “Michael”, is in fact a former representative named Rik Snyder. Mr. Snyder contacted our CEO, Charles Lloyd, by phone on December 22nd (over one month after his departure) and asked him to be a witness in an upcoming court case. When Mr. Lloyd expressed that he would not be a “good” witness for Mr. Snyder because he refused to lie, Mr. Snyder vowed revenge.
On the morning of December 23rd, this libelous post appeared – inclusive of the names of persons with whom he had personal conflicts in and outside of the hospices of Edapte. We are seeking the whereabouts of Mr. Snyder so that we find a proper address for service. He was last known living at the Motel 6 on Dyer road in Santa Ana with two Cocker Spaniels (who apparently spend their days in a motel room while he was out at work). Any information provided that would help us to serve this person would be greatly appreciated.
In January of this year, we do know for a fact that Mr. Snyder illegally contacted at least one of our clients in an attempt to solicit him on behalf of a competing company. We have contacted this competing company and we believe this activity has ceased as the ownership was unaware of Rik's actions. Although we do feel obligated to pursue this matter in a court of law until Mr. Snyder at least attempts to retract his statements formally, we sincerely hope that he can get the help he needs.
