I have noticed quite the outpouring of complaints today from what appears to be you. Firstly, let me say that Convertec conducts itself it in the most professional and ethical ways today and our track record proves it. I am puzzled by your complaint as we have not seen anything from you or anyone for that matter recently that would indicate that we have failed to follow through with a commitment to any client.

That is not to say that it isn't possible that your perception is that we have failed you in someway, so I would like to publicly say that whatever your concern is, I will personally attend to it and see it through to resolution.

Convertec has very specific agreements with all of its website customers regarding client expectations and that of Convertec with very specific items detailing the consequences of either side failing to meet their contractual obligation. Every section is initialed by ur clients and then signed at the end. We utilize these agreements to ensure that everyone has a clear picture of who is responsible for what and in what timeframes.

Convertec has also never had an attorney general complaint, public utilities complaint, or other regulatory complaint to its name which lends to my point that we conduct ourselves to the highest standards. If we were truly defrauding folks or a "scam" as you call it, it is almost certain that we would have many complaints considering the thousands of clients we have served all over the world.

In answering to your statement of me having felonies for hacking cell phones and selling them, I suggest you (and anyone else) look at the public records available to you, In Idaho juvenile records are available to the public and I have included a link to my personal record below. The only thing in this record is some traffic violations, what else can I say?

I am a bit confused as to why you wont tell us who you are with or represent so that we would have a better idea of the relationship, if any, Convertec has or had with you.

If you feel that making light that I dropped out of high school has any bearing on the relationship you had with Convertec, I don't understand that, but its your prerogative. I operate a successful company, am an active member of our community, and contribute heavily to local philanthropic causes and non-profit organizations.

Let us all know who you are so that we may figure out why you have the perception of us that you do and what we can do to make this right. If you feel that you would rather work with a third party, I would highly suggest making a complaint with the local BBB and have them open an investigation. If your case is valid and we cannot reach an agreement, we will enter into arbitration and then we will be able to work this out in a fair and equitable manner. I have every confidence in the BBB's ability to accurately determine if a company is involved in fraud or or the scamming of consumers and I encourage you to use them as an outlet as they are also very good at determining what is frivolous as well.

In summation, I trust that if you contact us, we can work this out. At this point, I don't even know who you are except that you have made several negative posts about Convertec today on the web and cited some false claims as fact.

This company is Excellent and I would reccomend their services to anyone. I dont know what happened with CDA1 but there complaint seems to vague to call them out like that. I also went to high school with the President of the company, and both of us graduated together.... SO I dont know where CDA1 got there info, seems more like a personal grudge than one against the compnay. On a positive Note, I have used Convertec several times in the past for computer repair and to create my website, they did an awesome job at rock bottom prices. This company is going places, and If I were you (CDA1) I would jump on the Band-wagon!
