I sent David Bresnahan $239 for a written press release and distribution using Revolution Money Exchange. Never received any communication from him regarding it. I contacted him and requested a refund. After repeated attempts to contact him, he responded and said I need to reply to his spam filter. I requested he resend that email because I never received it. He ignored this request and never heard from him again.

I submitted a complaint with the State of Utah and the Consumer Protection Division. Spencer from the division attempted to contact him and see if it could get resolved. He ignored all attempts to contact him.

Bottom line: I lost my $239 and never received the Press Release Services. Caveat Emptor. Stay away from http:thatprguy.com and Mr. Bresnahan.
