Duvera - Stores Online HELP PLEASE - WANT THEIR CHARGES OFF MY CREDIT REPORT Orum Utah

I attended their seminar in Los Angeles in 2001, signed up under a great deal of pressure - but hey, I'm an adult - I'll own it. Was excited - got first call - right away they were selling me something else - additional personal coaching - which from what they advertised at the seminar - I thought for sure was part of the regular $4,000 enrollment fee. I'm a paralegal, I read the fine print. I would not have signed up if I thought I had to pay thousands more to get personal coaching - I was very clear with the person who registered me that I was to get personal coaching - in the form of what the person who later called me indicated would cost me thousands more dollars beyond the initial fees. I complained to the first four men who called me on the phone regarding selling me something. I then called them on multiple occasions to talk but was put on hold for extraordinary amounts of time, with no one to speak to. After that (about six months after the initial signup) I just stopped answering their calls. I have ignored them for four years which has resulted in my credit report reflecting owing them the full amount. I am about to purchase a house and want to get this off my credit report as this is the only major defect on my credit report and is directly impacting my credit rating. Has anyone successfully been able to vanish Stores Online's charges legitimately and/or filed a suit against them for fraud - or ????? Open to suggestions and/or coaching.
