Elance Website Suspended my account and stole my money I made Internet

My account on Elance was suspended without any prior notice. It said that I have violated Elance policies by referencing my acceptance of payments outside Elance (I did in my first statement on Payment Terms). I have already changed the misinterpreted information in my Payment Terms and have stated "only through Elance".

Elance let buyers use paypal and I put that I accept Paypal of course. Not that I take paypal not through Elance.

Apparently, someone has sent the report REALLY REALLY late because it was changed before I was suspended. I also have not received any notices saying that I have a violation. I only received the suspension notice claiming that they have told me of my offense last week. I checked my spam folder and inbox and there are no other Elance Policy Team messages aside from that of my suspension.

Now Elance won't answer me and I have made money from work on projects but it's locked up now because I can't login to my account anymore.

So now what? Weeks and weeks and no answer from Elance and they have my money from work I have done. They just going to keep it now?

So this is how Elance works. You do work, you get paid for it, then they send a bogus message and lock you out of your account and keep the money you make?
