If you're going to try and be honest, at least try it. To pretend to have character in order to make people believe you are the victim is laughable. The Reality is your customers are the real victims paying $79.00 up front for a task that takes only about 15 minutes for both yahoo and google and then charging them $89.00 a month after for not doing sh!t on a monthly basis. Too often companies like yours have gotten away with it. First of all that is why there is a training staff… If your training staff is junk (Gutless) then your training is going to be junk (Gutless), to slam ex salesman who are “Trained” by your staff means only one thing. How about the time elocal outsourced to 3 different countries? Two call centers and one Design/Programming Company if they aren't still using them. Oh no…? By the way all your local competitors are now fully aware of your “Compliance” department ghost calling them with employee cell phones trying to find out what “everyone” else is doing (very ethical), they have been fully briefed on how to trace the origin of the call and the owner of the number. So start expecting restraining orders and even possible lawsuits against the employee's and the company, oh and for those who think their spoofing methods will work, I say bring it! Let's see how much of a Federal fine like that will cost you and the company endorsing your acts!
