I received a call that my coach was ill. The next week he did not call. There has been no response to phone calls and e mails. I called the phone listed on the contract for coaching. It is another company that says it is not associated with EMS. They did give me a telephone # for EMS in Utah which turned out to be another company that moved into the office in May of this year.
EMS subs their work out to various companies for the merchant account and and the website and website hosting. Intercation is the website builder, but they say they have no connection with EMS, but offered to sell me another program so I could continue to build my website.
If anyone knows of a lawsuite against EMS or how to contact them would you please advise.

I sent an e mail(mail@moneyhome.com) to Stephan Ducharme of Money Home.com. This company is associated with Empire Marketing Systems. They sent an e mail to joenordic@yahoo.com and low and behold my coach sent me an e mail asking me to reschedule our session.
I was told there was a re-organization that took place but received no further details.
I hope this will be of help to others.

I have e mailed Maikel Bailey twice to get access code to lessons - still no response.
The site is not good enough to submit to search engines. Plus they never walked me through marketing, etc. like they said they would. They also claimed I would make my money back in 6 months - never happened.
Now I can't find an address for them as they have moved.
Does anyone have a good address? Is anyone using an attorney?
I need my money so I can make this website what it should be - the templates they have do not allow for a good retail site. I cannot design my own. The shopping cart I had to buy even though they said they had marketing (what did I know about it) is not a user friendly menu for products. That's a rip off too!! I will file with the FBI at www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp - I got that info from someone else who had been ripped off.
