me and some others of our company bought domains
from a an enom reseller company, now they took our money, they did not emailed us giving us a reason to why they did that, no refund NOTHING! i contact the reseller pissed off, they said that they had nothing do to with blocking our accounts, so i had to contact ENOM.com and (they are more) and so i contacted them, and NO REPLIES! they are *** #^$#s they ignore you, take your money
, your domains and kick you in the ***.

PASS THIS ON!!!!!!!

sad that also the reseller companies with ENom will also loose customers!!

I had a similar issue...The root of the problem is with the reseller...not Enom....The reseller took my money...then refused to renew the domain name and registered it under his name...making it impossible for me to renew it through another firm.

However, Enom did override this for one of the domains when the reseller did not respond to multiple requests for contact....Still, I did loose one domain name...in spite of paying for it. Enom really is powerless over their resellers...

Bottom line: Stay way from cheap resellers...they can take ownership of your domain name (even though you paid) and basically hold you and your domain name hostage. If your domain name is important, use networksolutions...it's expensive...but at least you are in control of the domain.

Just curious...what is the name of the reseller you used?
