    Corporate Advocacy Program
We had this company do an email marketing campaign for us, 5000 emails were sent and we did not get any response from this campaign.

We paid for this service with a credit card after that we started having smaller charges from this company showing on the card, after numerous phone calls and emails they were finally reimbursed to us but no compensation for interest charged on the card.

Twelve months later I have received another large charge from this company after they assured me they had removed our credit card details from their system.
I have dealt with David Pierce and made 4 calls to him today, each time the person answers the phone and they go to get him but when she comes back she informs me he has gone out!!

Do not give your credit card details to this company.

More information needed

AUTHOR: Expedite Media Group - Aurora (U.S.A.)

The information provided by the alleged consumer's complaint is not sufficient for us to formulate a proper response.

The complaint contains merely inflammatory legal conclusions and is completely devoid of any examples of specific fact or any identifying information that would allow us to determine who this alleged consumer is or what the basis for their claim is. In order to give a meaningful response to any consumer's claim, at a minimum we need to be able to examine the alleged customer's file, see what kind of product or services they had contracted for and determine if all charges were made in accordance with the existing contracts.

Assuming for the sake of argument that this is an actual customer's complaint, and is not simply a mean spirited attempt by a competitor to anonymously damage our reputation, the customer may have had a yearly account or a yearly website hosting contracts, which were not properly canceled. Without additional information it is not possible for us to determine what happened.

In rare instances, it is possible that the company may make a mistake. When such a mistake is properly brought to the company's attention, it is corrected. (PLEASE NOTE - filing an anonymous complaint on an internet site does not properly notify the company of a potential error. Rather, notice of such an action may not ever be brought to the company's attention, does not provide us with sufficient information to determine what if any error may have occurred and, thus, makes it very difficult to correct.)

As for the customer's claim that he called Mr. Pierce 4 times in a single day and was constantly told he was out, we would need to know more about the date and times of the alleged calls to properly respond. Mr. Pierce is a sales representative and does work outside the office, from time to time. Furthermore, he, like anyone else, is allowed to have days off and may on a rare occasion, be out for personal reasons too.
