Expedite Media Group charged me $250 to send blast emails. I sent over 38,000 emails with a response of roughly 250 people opening the emails. Tells me that not many were actually reaching the email addresses.

The problem that I really have with the company is that their servers were down not enabling me to send email blasts during our grand opening of our company. So it boils down to me not being able to access what I needed to access in a critical time. I asked for a refund and even had American Express contact EMG directly to dispute the charge. They didn't want to refund a dime which I think is ridiculous. My recommendation is to never utilize this company for Email Blasts as they are terrible regarding customer satisfaction.
