I ordered 2 products from this bunch and got a reply when I complained that they would send my refund request to the processing department. Instead of a refund, I discovered that they charged my credit card again!

You order, don't get the product, then get charged twice when you complain. All this bille thru Jordan Publishing...So I suspect them also. Beware!!

Still trying to get my money

AUTHOR: SImone - Rolling Hills Estates (U.S.A.)

This type of scam has to end. This company states on their website that the product needs to be returned within 30 days for you to get a refund. They forget to tell you that it takes one week for you to get the product and then another week for the product, or the information about your return, to reach the billing department.

So, you're left with two weeks to read all the material - and they tell you that you can't learn and absorb by just reading it once - and still write an offer for claosing a real estate deal for them within the two weeks. Well, my credit card was charged but I'm still fighting to get my money. It's been one week since I returned the product. It's an outrage and it must stop.
