GoDaddy Sold My Domain Name Without Permission Thiefs, Resellers, Failed Customer Service Scottsdale Arizona

I received an email saying that "per my request your domain name was cancelled". I called immediately and spoke to an individual by the name of D Conroy...didn't get the first name. He said first that I cancelled it or someone I know got into the account and cancelled or called in. When I told him I'm the only one that had access and would not have cancelled he then backtracked and said that my billing had failed. I told him I get billed every single month from godaddy as I own several domains and hosting accounts and that was simply not true. He then tried to say they emailed me several times that my billing failed and I received emails about this. A simple lie.

The funny thing is I was being contacted the past week from a company trying to purchase my domain name. I told them it wasn't for sale. All of a sudden I get an email stating the I cancelled the domain. Well this other company swooped it up of course. Godaddy had no answers except when I asked the customer service rep "dconroy" to email me the correspondence that he said they sent me he then said "hold for 10-15 minutes" and placed me on hold for 10 minutes then got on and said Im transfering you. I was on hold for another 10 minutes and finally hung up.

Go daddy sold my domain from under me and they are a ripoff...period. Bottom line is they sold my domain and closed it.
