Forgot to mention that my last offer was completed on 1/07/2005. It is now February 1st and they have not bothered to reply to any of my messages. I have called two of their numbers and left a message with so far, no response. Will keep this updated as it goes along.

Hi Daniel,
Sorry to hear about your experience w/ Niu Tech and their subsidiaries. My experience w/ the same company, under the psedonym eMarket Research Group, was similar. However, after filing a formal complaint w/ the North Carolina Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection Division, their mediation resulted in my getting the promoted free iPod within the week. Might I suggest that you do the same with either or both the NC and the FL attorney general's office (dept of justice, consumer protection)?
See my previous post for further details on how to do this:

Let us know what happens! It takes less than 20 minutes to do!
Good luck,

It seems that after a month of waiting, Xoom.com finally replied to my emails and informed me that the minimum tranaction amount to receive credit was $100. After initially finding the offer on page 3, i believe it said, verbatim, "Simply complete a transaction using this service to receive credit". After several false starts, I finally completed the transaction for $25 to someone in the UK. After waiting for a long time for the offer to go through, I called Emarket and received a response several hours later, telling me that xoom.com had not reported my offer yet. I'm extremely peeved at both companies right now for being so shifty with that offer. What should I do now? I did complete the $25 transaction before the offer disappeared off the list though. What should I do now?

Well, after my heart leapt to my throat after receiving this email:
"Thank you for sending us your confirmation email, you are now qualified
for a TV 32 Inch. The Security Verification Process has now been
waived, so you will not have to mail us your Gift Redemption Voucher. Also, a
Shipping Request has now been issued.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for the fulfillment center to assemble, package,
and ship a gift after the Shipping Request has been sent.
We appreciate your patience. Your gift should arrive soon.
Thank you,
Support"
..6 weeks later, I still do not have it, and after asking their support again what was happening I received this email:
Dear Daniel
Thank you for your recent inquiry.
We are currently reviewing your information in our database. We
appreciate your patience while we investigate this matter.
Thank you,
Support
The next email they sent me told me to check my fulfillment status page, which was a load of crap, as I already "should" have received my gift by then. Now my account is gone again, saying that it has expired. I have already submitted a complaint to the Florida AG office, without any help. What should I do now?

Man:
These turkeys seem to be too much. they keep stallin and stallin , makin us believe that yes in fact the offer was too good to be true.
These butt munchers are stealing your quality of life . Its not about the tv -in the long run -who cares about a stupid tv ?
its about the fact you were promised the thing and they keep scammin and scammin . This causes you to worry about it -fight for your rights -and you shouldnt be wasting your life -not even one day with true assholes such as these.
Worst case scenerio -call the AG , then prompty forget about it -if u get a tv great if not -dont let them beat you by making yourself miserable. Thats how they win.they will only eventually send the friggin thing if you have bled enough for it with your worry and effort. Maybe even then they wont at all.

Sent them another angry email, and they sent me another one of their "We are looking into it" carbon copy responses. Dang it, I started doing this offer thing in NOVEMBER, and it is now MAY. I completed my last offer in JANUARY. Argh, why must this be so difficult?

I too experienec the same thing as you they are known by many names but ulitmately they are Niu Tech aka consumerincentivepromotions. Just to let you know the final place I have contacted and is working with me regarding this company is: Economic Crimes Divison
Office of Atty General
Attn: Luz
110 Southeast 6th ST.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301
phone: 954-712-4600
If you contact them ask for Luz she is handling my case against this company and hopefully can handle yours too. No cost. They have done this to many people and I too have been dealing with this for months probly half a year now. It's not the "free" computer now it's just about getting them to honor their offer. I will not give up out of spite. And their customer service live support just referred me to their supervisor who is rude as can be, cut me off in conversation and gave me another excuse don't know why I didn't recieve the computer but she will put in another request and she thinks mind you I might not have to wait another 6 weeks but she really dosn't know if I will or not. Is there anything they do know, oh yeah, there is, how to rip off the public.
They almost act as if they know we who were lead into this have no recourse. But I will continue to try. You can try and call their live support like I did but your best option is to contact economic crimes. Live support number is: 561-674-9700.
I am thinking of a class action suit. We can all jump on board and really take care of this and perhaps get free legal help, if we have enough victims.
AND WE DO THANKS TO THIS CONSUMERINCENTIVEREWARDS
