Being in the technical field, I have my doubts when I first saw the offer on my e-mail. Last X'Mas, my kid wanted a PS2, so I gave in. What harm can it do, right? I fulfilled my requirements right away (2 credit cards & 1 Training CD company), sent the voucher with Confirmation of Delivery from USPS. 4 weeks passed, no gift. Uh-Oh!
That's when I discovered Rip-Off Report! FOUR PAGES of lists of customer's complaints! I am not surprised but I am disappointed at myself for not fully researching this before I responded to the offer. I should have trusted my gut instinct. I am hoping that mine will have a happy ending, so I started the first of a series of phone calls and e-mails today, Jan. 30. Thanks to the folks who sent in their stories, I got a lot of info to pursue this matter. I'll let you know if it's Happily Ever After!

I got a call from the company. Did not get the name but I was promised that the gift will be sent within 4 weeks. I'm crossing my fingers but I am satisfied with the return call from the company for now. Updates later.

As of today, March 3, I have not received the PS2 system which was supposed to arrive the first time about 5 weeks ago. I left a message to all the phone numbers I have of the company. I will keep trying and will update this info.

Finally received a check March 14 for the retail price of a PS2. They did come through after all. It took a while but it's OK. Persistense pays. For the rest, keep calling the tel. #s on the other reports. Thanks to Rip-Off Report.com. If not for you, I would not know how to pursue this.
