Company claims to provide you with a service that enables legal opt-in email blasts and classified ad blasts immediately following signup/payment.

Company processed our credit card but did not provide email blast account until some time later and after we contacted them

Moreover, the ad blaster account does not work. We created the project/ad and then tried to open it as per the instructions but were unable to do so. It must be reopened in order to submit.

We have mentioned this issue in 3 separate emails to admin@inetgiant.com and on all 3 occasions, this issue has been ignored. We have also requested a refund. This too has been ignored.

Also note that company claims to provide a report of submissions. This did not happen for the email blast account which does work.
