Internet Advancement I harassed THEM into giving me my money back Redmond Washington

I was starting my own business and used a web design program to build a website. once I had posted the site and had everything running, I got a call from these f**ks saying how much business they would bring me and they wanted to give me the deluxe package for the regular price of 1600 dollars. i said no. This bimbo went to her "supervisor" and was able to get it down to like 600 bucks with payments so I went for it. I had a hit counter and everything. NO CHANGE IN TRAFFIC.

So I called for my refund and they gave me the whole nullification story. I proceeded to tell them that I used to do what they are doing and if the refund is not returned within 30 days (california legallity) I would be making a trip up to washington. I sent an email everyday to every email address i had for them 29 days left, 28 days to go, 27 days til PAIN. I had my refund within a week. I hate that you have to get to the point of almost threatening but hey, they had something that was mine and charged me for nothing. Had they done ANYTHING, i would have been somewhat okay with it, but I know their scam, yes it makes sence, but they fuc**d with the wrong guy.
