Optimization of clients 'key words' and 'key word phrases'.

We have no confidence that these DIP pages are functional. When reviewing our sites and searching for inbound links using the Link:URL function there are less than 5 links recognized by the search engine as inbound links to our sites.
Biweekly submission to 8,500 Search Engines, Yellow Page Directories, Classified Ad Listing,s and FFAs.
We have recently discovered that biweekly submissions to search engines is actually harmful to website rankings because the search engines view the site as inferior if it has to be submitted rather than found through inboud links. And once again when reviewing our sites and searching for inbound links using the Link:URL function there are less than 5 links recognized by the search engine as inbound links to our sites. Where are the DIP pages, directories, classified ads, and FFAs?
We have met the requirements of Exhibit A Section 2 Obligations of Client and we have not made any keyword changes to our site with out informing or working with Internet Advancement. However, until we changed the passwords to said sites, Internet Advancement would make keyword changes to words that were not necessarily relevant to our sites but would be easier to achieve rankings with.
Simply put, if the search engines recognized the inbound links provided by the DIP pages, directories, classified ads, and FFAs our websites would have achieved the promised rankings. Therefore, we have determined that the inbound links provided by Internet Advancement are either not relevant, as promised, or have not actually been set up. In addition, the optimization of the keywords, on each site and each time we have worked with Internet Advancement for each site has been an issue. The keywords we have submitted to Internet Advancement were the keywords we have determined to be relevant to the site. Keywords sent back to us from Internet Advancement have been a mix of our keywords and keywords selected by Internet Advancement. The keywords selected by Internet Advancement have not always been relevant to our site or have had low importance to our site. We believe that these keywords had easier potential for ranking, even though they were not as relevant to our site, which again may hurt our ranking for inappropriate keyword use.
