Internet Business Association myiba.biz Fraudulent charges billed to my Telephone bill from Frontier, Internet

Today, I also received a bill from Internet Business Association welcoming me to their internet and website services. The letter informed me that I would be billed a recurring charge of $39.95 on my telephone bill. It would appear as ESBI on the bill page on behalf of the Internet Business association.

I had no recollection of agreeing to any sevices that would charge me this amount on a monthly bases and I certainly would not have signed up for something I new nothing about.

I called the company and they did cancel the account and gave me a cancellation confirmation number. I asked the representative what services did the company provide. She told me that my telephone business number would be put into an online phone directory.

I do now recollect someone calling a few weeks ago asking me to confirm my business number and information. I asked who I was speaking to and I think they said this was  a call regarding yellow pages. They did record the conversation. I definetly asked if there was a fee and was told no.  

This is such bad business practice. I wonder how many other people are going to get a surprise on their next telephone bill. I  also called my telephone company Frontier and asked why they  would act on behalf of a company like this. I did not get a satisfactory answer.
