I signed up around the end of June for a free product of Acai Berry Capsules (Maximum Burn Xtreme) A payment of $3.87 was taken out of my bank account on July 2nd for postage only, and a further payment of US87.47 was taken out on July 9. I rang the company after I received the product and asked why I had been charged for it, and I was told that I had not read the Terms of Agreement (which I have since found out there were none) and that the 10 days trial period was up, and I hadn't rung to cancel. Seeing as I did not receive the product until 24 days after the first payment, this was impossible, but I was not given any promise of refund.

I thought that was the end of the story, but on July 30th another payment was taken out of my account which I had not authorised of US87.47. The product arrived on August 23rd, 24 days after I had been billed. I have emailed the company, asking for a refund, but have not had a reply as yet. Today, August 24th, I noticed another amount US98.75 (not yet processed by the bank) coming out of my account.  I have contacted the bank and am going into the bank tomorrow to lodge a dispute form. Hopefully something can be done to retrieve the payments wrongfully taken from my account.  There have been many others taken advantage of by this company, as I have found out since searching google, which I should have done first. I have learned the hard way.  I just hope this will help others to beware of this company, and have nothing to do with them !!!
