Mortgagelenders - Global Inet Marketing Ripoff Paid for mortgage leads did not receive any asked for a refund after the 90 days per policy They will not give me my refund and will not take my calls Ponte Vedra Florida

I was called by Mortgagelenders.cc to market their company. I had started with a new mortgage company was in need to generate new business/borrowers. The told me about their services and was ready to give them a try. (6/28/2006)

After the 1st few days of being a client of this company I have not seen the 1st lead. I called with my concerns and customer service assured me they would monitor my account and the lead would come my way. Well needless to say I did not see the 1st to almost 3 weeks later. The lead had already been worked 2 days prior to being posted. After endless days of no leads I had to give up on this company and request a refund. I was told I had to wait my 90 days per the policy. (10/01/2006)

On the 91st I called to get the ball rolling on my refund. I was told on several occassions that my refund was being reviewed by their legal department which I don't think even exist.

Finally on January 17, 2007 I was told that I was "warranted a refund" and the check would be sent out on January 26, 2007. I asked customer service to send me a e-mail stating this, which they did send the e-mail but not the money!!

Well needless to say no check, no return calls. From the many Rip-off reports about this company how are they still in business ripping companies off?
