I signed up for MyView surveys in January, 2008 and completed multiple surveys since that time.  I received a statement from them a few weeks ago showing I had $48 dollars in my account.  Yesterday, Dec. 3, 2009, I received an email from MyView stating they are changing over from dollars to points as rewards and anyone with less than $25 in their account would have them changed into points.  When I went into my account, I found I now have been credited with only $1.00 for a survey I completed in October, 2009.  Now they want me to send them the following information :

1. Copy of the email invitations for the surveys that you have completed
but haven't received credit for.

2. Dates of completion

3. Copy of the completion pages

4. The e-mail address you registered with

Needless to say, I have none of that.  Once I completed the survey, I deleted the invitation and I didn't receive any instructions that stated I needed to keep any copies of anything.  Since my account showed a balance of $48.00, I thought this company was reliable.  Now I find it isn't.  Participant beware!

My sincere apologies.  I filed this report against the wrong company.  My View did not change its point system to dollars and I was mistaken.  (The company making the change was actually "eRewards", who I have been able to contact and obtain information from.)Please continue to use the services of My View without any hesitation as to their integrity.  Again, my apologies.
